In the regions of Jammu and Kashmir, as well as Gilgit-Baltistan, a careful examination of the current situation reveals a disturbing trend of treachery and deceit, particularly concerning the betrayal of the people of Azad Kashmir, also known as Pakistan-administered Kashmir. Reports of the disappearance of 20 young individuals and children from this area have been circulating through social media in recent months. It is imperative that the government takes immediate notice of these actions during this critical time.

Any independent or occupied state requires a comprehensive setup of security agencies, judiciary, administration, and government, all funded by the taxes of the working class. The officials and institutions responsible for administration, justice, and governance operate based on the taxes we pay. They must not forget that their salaries serve a purpose. These institutions should also understand their limits, recognizing each institution's respective responsibilities. It is their duty to uphold our dignity, respect, and fulfill their roles as public servants.
In the current scenario, we witness teachers protesting on the streets for their rights, only to be arrested by the police. This begs the question of what century we are living in, where even government employees have to take to the streets for their basic rights, while the impoverished working class suffers for necessities like food. It is the responsibility of the administration under which we live to provide basic amenities and fulfill the needs of our people. This should be their fundamental duty.

Teachers, who are the builders of a nation, should not be subjected to disgrace in a manner that devalues their worth in our society. Until we, as a society, learn to appreciate the value of our teachers, we cannot claim to be truly human; instead, we resemble savage creatures. Regardless of political affiliations, the government is financed by the taxes of the impoverished masses. Justice and equality dictate that the exploitation of the poor and working class should not be pervasive at every level and forum. Yet, we are still considered humans! The poor sacrifice their lives on the streets for a piece of bread, while the elites and mafia live comfortably without any worries.
When someone tries to rectify such injustices, regardless of success or failure, they are labeled as traitors, agents, and dishonest individuals, receiving derogatory titles. The reality contradicts these accusations. Furthermore, our entire system is steeped in corruption, from ministers to lawyers to clerics. If someone mistakenly tries to address these issues, they face similar accusations and derogatory labels. They are accused of serving hidden agendas, even though the truth points in the opposite direction.
Despite these challenges, the noble-minded people of Jammu and Kashmir hold on to hope. We find ourselves in the 21st century, living in an era of technological advancements and progress, yet our society remains trapped in medieval times. If this situation persists, our state will remain divided for decades, and future generations will seek refuge in neighboring countries.
Revolutionary changes and problem-solving do not stem from division but from unity. Unity can only arise when we listen to each other, understand each other, and display tolerance. Continuing to spread hatred will only drown our purpose in futile stories. Shouting and screaming will achieve nothing.
To escape the decay of our society, it is imperative that we, as a nation, come together. It is not about individual pride but about the nation as a whole. Therefore, I call upon the approximately three crore inhabitants of my state to step forward and pledge to work towards the complete well-being and happiness of our nation. This means ensuring employment and equality, irrespective of regional, tribal, or religious biases. We must rise above these circumstances and impart a lesson in humanity.
Our goal should be to establish a society devoid of exploitation, where there is no distinction between the rich and the poor, the weak and the powerful, or the privileged and the underprivileged. Only then can our aspirations for revolution and human ideals soar. Without true consciousness and empty slogans, we will achieve nothing substantial. When we read the history of thriving nations, we learn that successful nations did not compromise their future but stood for truth and justice. Revolutionary nations learn from these examples and shape their own destinies.
As conscious citizens, we must be prepared to sacrifice everything for our homeland and nation. We must wholeheartedly dedicate ourselves to our country and make necessary sacrifices. Only when we unite within ourselves will the oppressors be unable to harm us day by day.
